How to read a wallet's net flow
Net flow is total deposits minus total withdrawals for one asset over a period. A positive value means the wallet accumulated that asset; negative means it distributed it. DappScope never adds different tokens together — 1 ETH and 1 BTC are reported separately.
Deposits vs withdrawals on Bitcoin
Bitcoin uses UTXOs, so a single transaction can both spend from and pay back to the same address (change). DappScope calculates the net change per transaction for the address and counts it as a deposit or withdrawal accordingly.
What a wallet connection map shows
Each connected node is an address that sent value to, or received value from, the wallet in the selected range. Edge colour shows direction of net flow and thickness shows relative volume.
Verified vs suspected attribution
An address is only labelled as belonging to a platform after verification. Until then it is shown as unverified, so you can draw your own conclusions from the raw data.
Coverage and limitations
Wallet analysis currently covers the most recent native-asset transfers on Bitcoin (via mempool.space) and Ethereum (via Blockscout). Token transfers and more chains are on the roadmap.
